There’s nothing more riveting than the story of a life. The Strength Within by William Peiffer, is a wild true story. It’s brutal, sweet, uplifting, and ultimately triumphant. He has lessons about getting through the hardest periods of life, lessons about success in business, faith in God, marriage, raising a family, and more and more. I teared up at three different points in the book, and wrote down multiple quotes. As I kept reading, especially in the second half, I kept saying to myself, “I don’t know how he did it.” This is the kind of book that is uplifting and interesting for any reader, but especially for young men who need to believe in themselves a little more.
